Process Operator for our Surface Treatment Unit in Anderstorp

About the Position

As a process operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our surface treatment processes function optimally. The work is varied and requires both precision and initiative. You will work closely with colleagues in production and maintenance and play an important role in ensuring quality and operational reliability. The position also includes on-call duty during certain weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily analyses according to established analysis schedules and add chemicals as needed
• Preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in processes and equipment
• Responsible for handling flammable materials and hazardous goods
• Assist in water sampling.
• Inventory for all chemicals including responsibility for updating safety data sheets.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is technically interested and enjoys maintenance and mechanics
• Is meticulous, analytical, and has a sense of structure
• Has an understanding of, or a willingness to learn, chemical processes
• Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility for their work
• Is cooperative, communicative, and flexible
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has excellent language skills in Swedish and English

Experience from the process industry or surface treatment is an advantage, but the right attitude and commitment are just as important.
